So that you can feel safe you are receiving the roofing services your home deserves- we have developed a 3-Point approach to raise mutual awareness and guide us in caring for your roof. A Saint Roof Integrity Roofer will conduct the 3-Points and provide you with a Roof Repair Service Proposal.

Roof Repair Service – Visit Fee
- Low sloped residential roof (0-6 roof slope factor): $149.00
- Medium sloped residential roof (7-9 roof slope factor): $249.00
- Steep sloped residential roof (10 or higher slope factor): $449.00
For Roof Repair Service, the initial visit fee covers the 3-Points. If you choose to hire Saint Roof for the service estimated in the Roof Repair Service Proposal, the fee will be applied to the repair cost.
There are times when the roof visit fee alone can cover the cost of a Roof Repair. Scenarios like a loose shingle or two, a roof leak identified easily and addressed with caulk or sealant, a loose piece of flashing, and more. Most times though, the cost for Roof Repairs will increase. Some of the reasons for the increase may be associated with: Rising roofing material costs, elusive leaks which are difficult to solve, or an intricate repair process which gives us our best shot at curing a roof leak.
*Applies to single family detached houses. *The presence of ice, water, and/or snow- often mandates additional safety measures which could then- increase the visit fee. * For analysis purposes, on difficult to reach roof elevations, a drone may be utilized during the Roof Visit. *Service area limitations, and other restrictions may apply. *Guarantees/Warranties are not applicable with roof repairs.

4-Points
- Analyze all roof elevations, trouble shoot, looking for: potential-future-leaks.
- Re-fasten loose shingle(s).
- Re-apply exterior grade sealant(s) to:
• Exhaust Vents.
• Bathroom Fan, and/or Dryer Vents.
• Plumbing Stack Vents.
• HVAC Combustion Vents.
• High Efficiency Furnace Vents.
• Electrical Conduit Flashings.
• Skylight Flashings.
• Chimney Flashings.
• Shingle to Brick Intersection Flashings.
• Exposed Roof Nails.
• Other Applicable Roof Penetration/Intersections. - Provide photo images of your roof, with an experts’ overview analysis.

Roof Assessment & System Replacement Proposal
So that you can feel safe you are receiving the roofing services your home deserves- we have developed a 5-Point approach to raise mutual awareness and guide us in caring for your roof. A Saint Roof Integrity Roofer will conduct the 5-Points and provide you with a Roof System Replacement Proposal.
5-Points
- Determine the slope, layer(s) of shingles, & an approximate square footage of your roof.
- Examine the roofs’ decking and/or sheathing. Noting (if any) weak areas. If necessary, inspect the attic for any damage to the bottom of the decking and/or rafters.
- Account for (if present)-
• An attic ventilation system- Intake and Exhaust.
• Flashings at chimneys, walls, skylights, and/or more.
• Pipes, vents, roof protrusions/penetrations and/or more. - As an overview, determine the approximate deterioration level of the current roofs’ shingles. Signs of buckling, blistering, curling, granule loss, are all some of the symptoms to account for.
- Provide photo images of your roof, with an experts’ overview analysis.
Roof Assessment & System Replacement Proposal Service
Visit Fee – $49.00
For Roof System Replacement Service, the initial visit fee covers the 5-Points. If you choose to hire Saint Roof for the service estimated in the Roof System Replacement Proposal, the fee will be applied to the replacement cost.
